Leftover Turkey(Over Rice Or Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2/3 c. cream or milk
    2 c. leftover turkey or chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat; blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in broth and cream or milk.
    Bring to boil, stirring.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir in turkey or chicken and simmer.
