Ham 'N Egg Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. rice medley
6 eggs
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Cook rice by directions on package.
In bowl, beat eggs.
Add ham, onions and pepper.
Stir in rice mixture.
Spoon into greased plate.
Cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
