Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. toasted almonds
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
    Put into 4 individual or 1 large casserole.
    Sprinkle the cheese over and top with the chips.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
