Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar pimento slices
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Heat sugar, vinegar and water until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over vegetables and mix well. Chill.
