Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated or diced
    1 beef or chicken bouillon cube
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    3 more c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add flour and salt.
    Stir well.
    Add 2 cups milk, Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese and bouillon cube.
    Cook potatoes, onion, celery and carrots.
    Drain and add to cheese sauce.
    Add 3 more cups of milk.
