Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. butter, softened
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. grape juice
    1/2 lb. almonds, chopped
    1/2 lb. walnuts, chopped
    1 lb. box currants
    1 lb. mixed candied fruit
    1/2 lb. candied red cherries
    1/2 lb. candied green cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/2 c. dark molasses
    1/2 c. cold coffee
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 lb. chopped dates
    1 lb. raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; mix until light.
    Add beaten eggs; mix.
    Put coffee, molasses and grape juice in separate bowl and mix thoroughly; add to butter, sugar and egg mixture.
    Sift flour with cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking soda.
    In a separate, very large bowl add candied mixed fruit, raisins, currants, almonds, walnuts, chopped dates and dredge with flour; mix thoroughly.
    Add the egg mixture and mix well.
    Add sifted flour mixture and thoroughly mix.
    Grease and flour 5 (9 x 5-inch) foil loaf pans.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
