Deep Fried Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 \"block\" tofu (usually located near the produce in most grocery stores)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    cooking oil (enough to deep fry the tofu)
Preparation
    Drain the tofu and carefully cut into 2-inch cubes.
    Dust tofu cubes lightly with flour.
    Heat the cooking oil on high until very hot.
    Gently add the tofu cubes.
    Lightly brown on all sides. Quickly remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
    Place the cubes in individual serving dishes and pour sauce over the top of the tofu and garnish.
