Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (12 oz.) can chunk style light tuna (drain oil)
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chopped parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. toasted corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Combine tuna fish, salt, pepper, garlic salt, chopped onion, chopped parsley, chopped celery and corn flake crumbs; add beaten eggs and milk and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into patties.
    Fry in Crisco oil until golden brown, about 6 to 7 minutes on medium heat.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
