Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water (hot)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine flour, undissolved yeast and salt. Stir to blend.
Add hot tap water, oil and honey.
Stir to blend. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 10 minutes.
Place in greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Press to cover bottom of pan and up sides.
Spread with your choice of sauce, seasonings and toppings. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
