Ambrosia Mold(Makes 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 3/4 c. whipped topping
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add cold water to measure 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin; dissolve completely.
    Stir in measured liquid.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Stir in whipped topping until smooth.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes more or until mixture will slightly mound.
    Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
    Spoon into 6-cup mold.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Unmold.
