Crusty Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. coconut (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour milk over coconut and let set until you cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add milk, coconut and vanilla flavoring.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
