Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in greased tube pan.
