Minted Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 c. orange juice
handful of fresh mint leaves
1 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 large cantaloupe or 1 small
Preparation

Drain and reserve mandarin orange juice.
Heat orange juice with mint leaves and steep 10 minutes.
Strain leaves and bring juice to boiling and pour over Jell-O.
Add other cup of juice and chill until slightly thickened.
Add oranges and cantaloupe balls. Pour in Jell-O mold.
