Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in a skillet and cook until done; drain on paper towel.
    Return sausage to skillet, stir in rice and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, until rice is golden, stirring occasionally.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
