Carrot Pecan Cake(Bob'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine oil and sugar. Mix well.
Sift together remaining ingredients.
Sift half into oil and sugar mixture.
Blend.
