Chocolate Fillers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats (dry)
    1 can condensed milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cream margarine or butter with brown sugar and salt.
    Blend in flour and oats until particles are fine.
    Press 2/3 of mixture into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Stir in chips.
    Spread over mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs; press down lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until light brown.
