Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, sliced
2 green peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook onions and green peppers slowly in oil until onions are yellow.
Add hamburger and saute until mixture falls apart.
Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
Arrange in large casserole and cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serves 4.
