Barbecue Steak Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak, 3/4-inch thick
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
dash of hot pepper
Preparation

Pound flour into meat.
Cut into serving sizes.
In a skillet, brown meat in shortening.
Pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
Pour over cooked rice.
Makes 6 servings.
