Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Zest or Accent
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. dry milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well, using hands.
    Mix up another mixture of flour and dry milk (1/2 cup flour and 2 tablespoons milk).
    Spread some on rolling board.
    Roll meat mixture onto board.
    Sprinkle with flour mixture and roll with rolling pin to about 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut into shapes for steaks and fry in hot fat (but not smoking) until just brown.
    Do not overcook.
    Remove from pan.
    Make a thin gravy, return meat to pan and simmer until meat is done.
