Fresh Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry red wine
2 Tbsp. safflower oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 head lettuce
Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except mushrooms and lettuce in a large nonaluminum bowl.
Add sliced mushrooms and toss very well. Arrange lettuce on individual serving plates and place mushroom salad in center.
