Exotic Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. or 8 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 lb. fresh seedless grapes
    3 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    3 c. toasted almonds or pecans
    3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation
    Mix last 4 ingredients and add to the other items.
    Chill. Serve 18 to 20.
