Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. chicken, diced
    3/4 c. celery
    1 onion, cut fine
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. oleo or butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in baking dish, one-quart size.
    Saute bread crumbs, celery and onion in oleo.
    Add milk and eggs, then seasoning.
    Pour over chicken.
    Spread soup over top.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
