Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. or 2 lb. cleaned carrots, cut in thick slices approximately 1/2-inch
    1 c. tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots 10 minutes; drain and set aside.
    Bring tomato mixture to boil.
    Pour over carrots and set aside.
    Chop 1 medium onion and cut up 1 large green pepper.
    Add to carrots. Refrigerate overnight.
