Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish.
    Cover casserole and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crusty on edges.
