Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen Shrimp - peeled & drained
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can tomatoes sauce (8 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    Hot rice
Preparation
    Cook onion and pepper in hot oil till tender.
    Stir in flour. Add rest of ingredients except shrimp and rice.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
