Garden Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (14 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    6 medium mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 tsp. crushed red peppers
    7 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked in boiling water 2 minutes if not soaked in oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in medium size pan.
    Add onion.
    Saute 2 minutes.
    Add garlic; saute 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; heat to boiling.
    Add tomato paste; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in sugar, oregano, basil, red pepper, salt, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Simmer 15 minutes more and pour over your favorite noodles.
