Aji De Gallina Peru(Spicy, Hot Chicken) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cooked chicken breasts, skinned and cut into pieces
4 or 5 slices bread, cubed and soaked in approximately 1 pt. chicken broth (I cut off the crusts)
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. ground hot pepper (cayenne)
3 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cumin seed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Soak bread crumbs in chicken broth.
Fry onion, garlic, paprika, hot pepper and cumin seed together in some margarine. Then add bread soaked in chicken broth to the onion mixture.
Add the chicken which has been cut into small pieces and heat through. If sauce appears too thick, add more broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste, even more hot pepper, if desired.
