Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 inch cornbread
    1 onion
    Green pepper
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. fried bacon
Preparation
    Bake a 10 inch skillet of cornbread. Let cool and crumble up in large bowl. Add chopped onion, green pepper (chopped), tomatoes (chopped) and crumbled bacon. Mix well and add mayonnaise. Serve with cooked dried beans.
