Icy Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 container Cool Whip
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. shredded coconut
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine Cool Whip, mayonnaise, cream cheese and sugar. Blend thoroughly. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Serve on a bed of lettuce with a tea biscuit (or some other salty cookie).
