Spring Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. defatted chicken broth
    1/4 c. dried mushrooms
    1 tsp. olive oil
    2 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
    1/2 c. finely minced sage
    1 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, minced
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Heat 1 cup broth and pour over mushrooms in small bowl.
    Soak mushrooms 30 minutes; strain and reserve liquid.
    Finely mince mushrooms.
