Lemon Sour Cream Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. half and half or light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add half and half and vanilla; blend in sour cream (mixture will appear slightly curdled).
Chill until slightly thickened.
Beat until mixture is smooth.
Pour into 3 cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold and serve with fruit.
Makes 2 1/2 cups or 5 servings.
