Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    4 eggs, beaten one at a time
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 scant tsp. salt (to taste)
    1/4 tsp. fine herb seasonings
Preparation
    Cook broccoli
    2
    to
    3 minutes.
    Pour in bowl and beat until fine; add all other ingredients.
    Continue beating until smooth. Bake
    in buttered casserole for 45 minutes to an hour at 350\u00b0 in pan of water.
