Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. bacon, browned and crumbled
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Wash, drain and de-stem mushrooms.
Mix cheese, bacon and onion.
Stuff mushrooms with cheese mixture.
Put on broiling pan. You may broil, bake, grill or saute in butter.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
