Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 center cut pork chops
    vegetable oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice (condensed)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 chicken flavor bouillon
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained and reserving syrup
    1 c. thinly sliced carrot
    green pepper rings
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large ovenproof skillet, brown chops in oil.
    Remove from skillet; pour off fat in skillet.
    Combine lemon juice and cornstarch; mix well.
    Add sugar, onion, soy sauce, bouillon and reserved syrup.
    Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bouillon is dissolved.
    Add pork chops and carrots; cover.
    Bake 1 hour or until tender.
    Add pineapple; cover and bake 10 minutes.
    Garnish with green peppers.
    Serve with rice if desired.
