Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 large c. corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    3 gal. popcorn, popped
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine corn syrup and brown sugar; cook until it boils.
    Stir in condensed milk; stir until it comes to a second boil.
    Add butter; cook for another 3 minutes.
    Pour over popcorn; stir until all is coated.
    Shape into balls.
