German Chocolate Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German Chocolate Cake Mix
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Chocolate Chips
    1 pkg. light caramels
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt caramels with 1/2 cup of evaporated milk in double boiler.
    In mixing bowl, combine rest of milk, butter, and cake mix.
    Take 1/2 of cake mix and spread on bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
    Press out with hands.
    Bake for 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cake.
    Spread melted caramels on top of chips.
    Crumble the rest of the cake mix on top.
    Bake for 16-18 minutes.
