Mandarin Orange Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans mandarin oranges
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small box orange Jell-O
    3/4 c. sugar
    9-inch pie crust, baked (not graham cracker)
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain oranges into saucepan.
    Combine cornstarch and sugar; add to juice in pan.
    Bring to boiling point; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Immediately add Jell-O; stir well.
    Cool slightly and pour into pie shell.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Top with Cool Whip.
