Chunky Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. (1-inch) pieces diced onion
    1 c. diced green bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. freshly ground turkey
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans no-salt-added whole tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans (undrained)
    1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Coat a medium saucepan with vegetable cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
    Add onion and green pepper; saute 1 minute.
    Add jalapeno pepper and garlic.
    Saute an additional 3 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Add ground turkey; cook 5 minutes or until turkey is browned, stirring frequently.
    Add chopped tomatoes and remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
