Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. salad shrimp
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
1 tsp. A.1. sauce
salt and pepper to taste (sprinkle)
2 medium scallions, chopped fine
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 lemon slices, squeezed into mix
Preparation

Squeeze shrimp, scallions and celery very well to get water and juice out. Mix all ingredients together. Serve on a bed of lettuce with soup or on a sandwich.
