Microwave Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. creamy white frosting mix
    food coloring (red or green)
    1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Put butter and milk in 2-quart bowl. Cook on High 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in frosting mix. Cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until bubbly. Stir twice. Stir in food coloring to tint.
    Add extract. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto wax paper. When cool, store in airtight container.
