Broccoli With Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Add all ingredients, except cheese and cracker crumbs.
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate mixture, cheese and crumbs.
    Finish with crumbs on top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, covered with foil, or until bubbly.
    Remove foil and brown crumbs.
