Hot Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour (more if needed to thicken)
    1 c. sour cream
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add garlic, salt, mushrooms and parsley.
    Saute, stirring until mushrooms are cooked.
    Stir in flour, then sour cream.
    Blend well (thicken).
    Pour into chafing dish.
    Grind pepper over.
    Serve with Melba toast or toast points.
