Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    6 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Sausage should be at room temperature.
    Mix first 3 ingredients, then add biscuit mix.
    Blend well.
    Roll out in small size balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown or 30 minutes.
