Stuffed Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 slices day old shredded bread
pepper to taste
8 medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, cleaned and diced
1/4 c. water
2 fresh halibut fillets

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
To make bread stuffing, saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons water to moisten.
Rinse halibut.
Lay one fillet, skin down, in margarine-coated baking dish.
Cover with bread stuffing.
Lay second fillet on top of the stuffing and press down firmly.
Secure with toothpicks.
Coat top of fish with margarine.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 2 servings.
