Old Fashioned Light Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 oz. pecans (don't chop)
1 1/2 lb. chopped, mixed candied fruit
1 lb. white seedless raisins
1/2 lb. soft margarine
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 oz. bottle French's brandy flavoring
4 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Use 2 loaf pans, or 1 tube pan, or miniature pans.
Line pans with foil.
