Home-Made Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 onion
    2 hard boiled eggs
    2 cans crab meat
    2 pieces toast
    1 egg beaten
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop the first four (4) ingredients very fine.
    Add the toast (crumbled up), crab meat, egg (beaten), and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 8 patties.
    Bread with cracker meal. Fry in large frying pan;
    Turning until browned all over.
