Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add vegetables and sprinkle with sugar and salt.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring twice during cooking period.
    (If you like vegetables well done, cook longer.)
