Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. apples
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1 orange
    1 (3 oz.) box cherry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    juice of 1 orange
Preparation
    Chop apples and nuts; place in refrigerator to chill.
    Boil cranberries and sugar for 2 minutes or until the cranberry skins start to open.
    Dissolve cherry Jell-O with one cup boiling water. Combine Jell-O, cranberries, apples, nuts and the juice of one orange.
    Refrigerate until set.
