Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 brisket
1 stick butter
1/2 jar liquid smoke
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Line pan with foil.
Place brisket in pan.
Use salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Pour liquid smoke over all.
Cut up butter and place on top of brisket.
Cook at 325\u00b0 all day until tender.
About 1 hour before you are ready to serve, pour barbecue sauce over and return to oven and cook 1 hour.
Cool and slice.
