Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
3 c. carrot, grated
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients and add oil and eggs.
Beat; add carrots and beat well.
Bake in 3 layers at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
